Binding: Gold-tooled red morocco by Parliamentary Binder A, with concave lozenge inlaid in white leather, having an inner lozenge of olive- brown; framed by large diamond tooled all over. Border wave-roll with alternating leaf and flower motifs. The spine has five gold-tooled bands and six gold-tooled compartments, with olive-brown lettering-piece in the second. Roll-on edges and turn-ins, comb-marbled endleaves and gilt edges. Rebacked with original spine laid down. Preserved in a brown morocco box.
