Open House Dublin 2014: 18 October

Plan of library 1708This year’s Open House event was even more successful than last year’s!   Open House Dublin visitors get a special glimpse of the building’s history.

The superb Open House Dublin volunteers were again on duty, greeting and organising our guests as they arrived. Special thanks to our own staff and volunteers, who gave even more tours than had been planned, to cope with the huge numbers of eager visitors!

After torrential rain the day before, we were lucky to have glorious autumn weather and could let our visitors see some features of the building which can only be viewed from the garden.
